Who This Is For

This session is for individuals who:

  • Are facing an upcoming medical procedure, surgery, or treatment and want guidance before decisions are made

  • Have completed medical care and feel unsupported afterward

  • Are navigating lingering post-surgical changes, recovery challenges, or conditions that feel “orphaned” by the medical system (e.g., diastasis recti, hernias, post-operative complications, or cosmetic-reclassified outcomes)

  • Want clarity about their body, recovery, and next steps in daily life

  • Need ethical guidance and human support while navigating decisions that medical care does not fully cover

Important: This session is not a medical consultation. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or advice. It exists to help you safely navigate the space before and after medical care, using ethical, non-medical guidance.

What Happens in a Session

Your session is a guided clarity conversation grounded in the Pre- and Post-Medical Health Autonomy Framework™. It is designed to help you:

  • Tell your story — share your experience, feelings, and questions

  • Map your domain — separate medical risk, functional limitations, psychological impact, and aesthetic considerations

  • Explore options safely — review potential pathways without pressure, hype, or coercion

  • Integrate AI-informed insights with human guidance — research and resources are translated into real-life understanding and actionable thinking

  • Reclaim autonomy — leave with a clear, ethical sense of what is within your control and what can wait

Example:
If you are facing post-surgical changes such as diastasis recti and an umbilical hernia, or considering elective procedures, the session will help you understand:

  • What is medically urgent vs. non-urgent

  • What daily activities or lifestyle choices may help

  • How to safely explore repair or elective options

  • How to make decisions without falling prey to cosmetic hype or unsafe shortcuts

Why This Matters

Before, during, and after medical care, there is often a gap:

  • Decisions may feel rushed, confusing, or pressured

  • Recovery is left largely unmonitored

  • Emotional, functional, and aesthetic consequences are unsupported

  • Patients are left alone in critical moments that shape outcomes

The Pre- and Post-Medical Health Autonomy Framework™ gives you a safe space, ethical guidance, and human support. AI or online research can provide information, but human support in decision-making — listening, clarifying, contextualizing, and protecting your autonomy — is irreplaceable.

In short: you gain clarity, confidence, and actionable understanding, grounded in your lived experience, not just data.
