1. Simplify Your Meals

Choose whole foods that are easy to digest: cooked veggies, warm broths, and lean proteins. Avoid ultra-processed snacks and artificial sweeteners that disrupt your gut flora.

2. Focus on Fiber + Fermented Foods

Fiber feeds your good bacteria. Add chia seeds, lentils, or leafy greens. And try a spoonful of fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, or plain kefir each day.

3. Manage Stress Daily

Chronic stress shuts down digestion. Even 5 minutes of deep breathing, stretching, or walking outdoors can help your gut reset.

4. Hydrate + Chew Slowly

Water helps keep everything moving. And chewing properly is the first step in digestion — so slow down and savor your food.
